On 24th August, 2018, the first " Ignite passion, bloom youth" production skill campaign of Xiamen Innodx was held in the industrial park where the company located. This activity was sponsored by the production department and supported by the Human Resources Department and other relevant departments.

A total of 38 employees participated in this competition. What was exciting was that Manager Yan from the production department personally participated in the competition, letting all the contestants feel more combative and passionate.

The competition started at 9:00 am, all competitors did their best, and the competition was full of warm and cheering atmosphere. There were five events in this competition, including 5S knowledge challenge, reaction cup insertion, analytical balance weighing, team relay race and packaging folding fun race.Five referees gave specific scores to each event, with accurate time and fair and impartial assessment.Finally, after five or six hours of fierce competition, the team champion, the second runner-up and the top six with the highest individual score were selected respectively, and they were awarded rich prizes and certificates of honor to encourage.

It shown a high production skill of employees in this competition, and strict control of product quality and safety. It strengthened the cohesion of the team and built a good working environment in the company.
