Position Responsibility:

1. Timely provide before-sales consulting of product information, performance, stock, and delivery leadtime as per sales requirement

2. Responsible for timely checking and processing of clients’ order, responsible for making order via ERP, Medicine-doctor system, and arrange delivery in time

3. Responsible for collecting and sorting agent files, build effective client information file, and ensure the compliance of sales behavior

4. Responsible for department contract management, contract and order management, and timely collect and update contract information

5. Timely finish other tasks assigned by superiors

Position Requirement:

1. Education: junior college and above degree, biology, finance, or statistic relevant major; one year above internal sales relevant working experience

2. Good professional attainment, able to bear working pressure and work overtime irregularly

3. Good service sense and teamwork sense, and good communication and coordination ability

4. Proficient word, excel, PPT office software skill, and ERP system using experience is preferred
